Kids Haven welcomes employee groups. We like to develop a clear plan for the session with you so that all your employees are kept busy while they are at Kids Haven and we receive the valuable help we need. We appreciate it when companies share their expertise with our staff too. This may be through some financial literacy information, or help with Microsoft Office tools. Helping our staff makes them more efficient and frees up their time to spend with the children. Kids Haven always has ‘physical effort’ tasks like painting bedrooms – we have MANY – or gardening. Some tasks may need the company to provide a small budget, while other engagements have no cost. One of the most important outcomes of employee volunteering is for our children to engage with new people, practice their social skills and enjoy some fun with friends. It is good for children to play.

There are many targeted opportunities for Company volunteers in our Pathway Programme for young people
